4 Bacon's Large Scale Atlas of London and Suburbs
Bacon G W
G W Bacon

1928, New Edition: Folio, Cloth: Good+,
1928 edition of Bacon's massive street atlas of London - 34 main maps at 4" to 1 Mile, plus many other special maps, Home Counties maps and an extensive gazetteer. In general all maps are VG and clean with no foxing - very slight spliting to a few centre folds, lower corners a little rubbed but not affecting print area. Map 1 has some wear to foredge and one special map has old paper tape repair to verso. Original cloth boards rather worn with old and rather crude black tape repairs to edges, spine coming away, but binding remains reasonably tight. Very rare to find a complete example as most have been broken for the maps. Due to size and weight this will only be shipped to UK addresses. 016159
