Welcome to Martin Bott Bookdealers, the UK's leading dealer in secondhand and antiquarian Transport books & Ephemera, selling both online and from our traditional bookshop in Felixstowe - Treasure Chest Books. This site gives details of our business and shop and has an extensive online catalogue of our more specialist books (over 10,000 at present) available to buy now online.

For 40 years Treasure Chest Books has been one of East Anglia's leading secondhand and antiquarian bookshops with a huge stock of over 55,000 books (plus another 30,000 in reserve) covering a very wide range of subjects. We pride ourselves on having good quality, well presented stock offering something for everyone at reasonable prices. Our stock covers most subjects but especially Transport, Maritime, East Anglian, London, Military, History, Art/Architecture, Philosophy/Sociology, Literature, Antiquarian etc. plus a very large selection of low priced general Fiction (including Classics, Sci-Fi & Crime) and Childrens books.

 UK Postage Charges*

UK orders are charged at £2.95 for the first book and £1.50 for each additional book - subject to a maximum of £7.95.

Orders over £100 or more are mailed POST FREE in the UK

Postal charges for Overseas Customers*

EU Countries: customers in these countries will be liable for VAT at their local rate on all orders from us - orders will not be delivered unless the tax charge is paid and there may also be admin charges as well. Orders over 150 euros value will also be liable for customs duties. Please do not order unless you are happy to pay the tax on the order when it is delivered.

* - charges for standard sized books up to 1.2 kgs in weight. Oversize and heavier books and multi-volume sets may incur extra postage charges.  Large orders from overseas can often be accepted at much lower shipping costs - please enquire.
